Derreck Bell, RN is the co-owner of Seniors Choosing to Live at Home–Jacksonville, providing compassionate and personalized in-home care
services to Onslow County and surrounding areas. A native of eastern North Carolina, Derreck is committed to supporting seniors in their decision to remain in their homes as active members of their local communities. As a devout Christian, Derreck integrates his faith into his work, emphasizing kindness and service. Outside of the office, Derreck enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid sportsman, and volunteers as a coach for youth shooting sports, promoting safety and discipline among youth enthusiasts. He holds licensure as a Registered Nurse with diverse experiences in hospital and
in-home care settings.

Alicia Bell, PhD, LCMHCS, LCAS is the co-owner of Seniors Choosing to Live at Home–Jacksonville, as well as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. With over 15 years of experience providing clinical
services to eastern North Carolina, Alicia integrates her expertise in trauma, mental health, and clinical supervision to support seniors in their decision to remain in their homes and to support caregivers in their efforts to combat compassion fatigue. Her
Christian values of integrity, a commitment to excellence, and a love for people are at the foundation of her personal and business life. In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors and cheering on her children at every sporting event.
